Available for single or double gates, this battery-operated system is the ONLY one on the market that you can install yourself -- no professional electrician required! Designed for gates that open into the property, the system works with gates ranging from 3.5 to 16 ft. in length and weighing up to 350 lbs. Use it with chain link, wrought iron or farm tube gates (not recommended for solid surface gates).

The battery, which is charged with the included AC transformer, will even work during power outages, providing power for several opening and closing cycles before needing a recharge. Other benefits include a built-in automatic obstruction sensitivity feature causes the Gate Opener to stop and reverse its direction when it encounters an obstruction in its path while opening or closing.

The Automatic Gate Opener includes an opener arm (2 w/double gate version), AC transformer, 12-volt battery, control box/control board, receiver with 10-ft. cable, entry transmitter, 4½-ft. quick connect power cable, mounting hardware, installation/safety manual, caution signs, and an installation video.
